Terms & Conditions — Richard Casino

Last updated: 2026-05-12. These terms govern your use of Richard Casino, operated by Hollycorn N.V. under Curacao gaming licence 8048/JAZ2019-015. By creating an account or placing a bet, you accept these terms. Each clause carries a plain-English summary box; the box helps you read but the legal effect comes from the clause itself.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

If you sign up or place a bet, you agree to everything on this page.

By registering, depositing or wagering, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms, the privacy policy, the cookies policy and the responsible gambling notice. If you do not accept any part of these documents, do not register or deposit. Continued use of the site after a material amendment, of which you will be notified at least 14 days in advance, constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+, legally allowed to gamble where you sit, and not a self-excluded person.

To open and maintain an account, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be legally permitted to gamble at the time of registration in the jurisdiction in which you are physically located; (c) not be a person on a current self-exclusion register, including BetStop and any Richard Casino self-exclusion; (d) not be a politically exposed person without disclosing that status; and (e) not be acting on behalf of another person. You warrant the accuracy of all information you provide. We may decline a registration without giving reasons.

3. Restricted Territories

You can't play from certain countries even if you make an account.

The service is not offered to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Curacao, Spain, Israel or any country subject to United Nations sanctions. Where local law in your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling, the prohibition applies regardless of any registration completed here. Use of a VPN to access the service from a restricted territory is a material breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture.

4. Account Creation

One account per person, real name only, your name on the bank that funds it.

You may hold one active account at Richard Casino. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual, household or device may, at our discretion, be merged or closed and balances voided as detailed in clause 17. The name and date of birth registered must match the name on government-issued identification and on the payment method used. If you change legal name, notify us in writing with supporting documentation; we will update the account accordingly.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

We check your ID — sometimes at signup, always before payout. Send the docs promptly.

We are obliged, under our gaming licence and anti-money-laundering rules, to verify the identity of every player who deposits with us. KYC is triggered on the first cash-out, on aggregate deposits exceeding AU$2 000 in any 30-day window, on a change of deposit method, and at any other point we deem necessary for risk management. You will be asked for a government photo ID and a recent proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the request will result in suspension of the account; balances are held during the suspension and returned, after any necessary checks, on completion or on account closure.

6. Deposits

Deposit your own money, by a method registered in your name. We may delay it for fraud checks.

You may fund your account by any deposit method offered in the cashier from time to time (see the banking page). The funds used to deposit must be your own and must not derive from any unlawful source. We may, at our discretion, hold a deposit pending fraud or anti-money-laundering review, and we may reverse and refund a deposit where the source of funds cannot be verified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set per method and are visible in the cashier. We may apply additional limits to specific accounts based on risk assessment.

7. Withdrawals

Withdraw to the same method you deposited from. KYC must be complete. Most pay out fast.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used to deposit, where technically possible. Where the deposit method does not support withdrawals (for example, Neosurf), a substitute method registered in your name must be nominated. Standard timings are published on the banking page; published timings are typical and not guaranteed. Withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion (clause 5), pending wagering completion on active bonuses (clause 10), and pending any fraud or anti-money-laundering review. Minimum withdrawal is AU$30 per request unless otherwise stated by method. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per day, week and month and are visible in the cashier.

8. Wagers And Game Outcomes

When you confirm a bet it's final. The game's random result decides the outcome.

A wager is final and binding from the moment of confirmation in the game client. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators provided by the relevant game studio and are independently tested for fairness. In the event of a system malfunction that voids a game round, the wager will be refunded to your wallet; any winnings credited in error during a malfunction will be reversed. We rely on the studio's logs as authoritative in any dispute as to game state. RTP figures published on game info screens are the long-run statistical return-to-player and are not predictive of any single session.

9. Bonuses And Promotions — General

Bonus money has rules. Read them. Don't max-bet with bonus active.

Every bonus offered carries terms specific to that promotion, in addition to these general terms. By opting into a bonus you accept those specific terms. General provisions that apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  1. The default wagering multiplier is 40× (deposit + bonus) for deposit-match offers and 40× of winnings for free-spin offers.
  2. The default bonus validity is 30 days from credit.
  3. The default maximum stake while a bonus is active is AU$5 per spin or AU$0.50 per pay-line, whichever the game uses. Exceeding the cap forfeits the bonus and all winnings from it.
  4. Game contribution to wagering varies — see the bonus page for the standard schedule.
  5. Bonus funds are wagered after deposit funds where the wallet structure separates them; otherwise bonus and deposit funds are wagered concurrently.
  6. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, payment method and device.
  7. You may forfeit an active bonus at any time from the bonus dashboard; deposit cash and any non-bonus winnings remain withdrawable.

10. Bonus Abuse

Don't game the bonus system. We'll void winnings if you do.

We reserve the right to void bonus winnings and, in serious cases, to close the account and confiscate bonus credit (but not original deposit cash) where, in our reasonable view, the player has acted in a manner that defeats the spirit of a promotion. Indicative behaviours include: opening multiple accounts to redeem the same welcome offer; coordinated low-volatility play across linked accounts; placing structured opposite-side bets to clear wagering risk-free; using payment methods registered to a third party; and any conduct identified by the gaming studio as exploitative of a specific title.

11. Inactive And Dormant Accounts

No activity for 12 months and we charge a small monthly fee. After 6 years, it's deemed unclaimed.

An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months without a login or transaction. From month 13, an administration fee of AU$5 per month will be deducted from the balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in. After 72 consecutive months of inactivity, any remaining balance is treated as unclaimed money under the law applicable to our seat of operation and may be remitted accordingly. We will notify you at the email address on file before any fee is first deducted.

12. Closed And Self-Excluded Accounts

You can close your account at any time. Self-exclusion is firm — we won't bend it.

You may close your account at any time from the account settings or by emailing support. A simple closure permits re-opening the account in future on request. A self-exclusion under clause 12 of our responsible gambling commitments (see the RG page) is irrevocable for the chosen duration. We will not re-open a self-excluded account during the exclusion period, regardless of the reason given.

13. Errors And Mispricings

If a game pays a wrong amount because of a bug, we'll fix the maths.

If, due to a software error or human error, a wager is settled incorrectly or a balance is credited in error, we will adjust the balance to its correct state and notify the affected account. Where the error favoured the player and the funds have already been withdrawn, you are obliged to return the erroneous credit on demand. We will not seek interest or fees on such returns.

14. Communications

We email you about your account. Marketing is opt-in only.

We communicate with you in English via the email and AU mobile registered on the account. Operational communications — KYC requests, withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, terms updates — are sent regardless of marketing preference because they relate to the service we owe you. Marketing communications are sent only on channels for which you have opted in and can be turned off at any time from Account → Preferences.

15. Intellectual Property

The site, the brand and the artwork belong to us or our partners. Don't copy them.

The Richard Casino name, logo, website design, copy and game artwork are owned by Hollycorn N.V. or licensed from their respective owners (including game studios). Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use any of these assets other than to enjoy the service as offered. Unauthorised scraping, framing, or reverse engineering of the site is prohibited.

16. Suspension And Closure By Us

We can close or suspend an account if you breach the rules or trigger fraud or AML risk.

We may, on reasonable grounds, suspend or close an account if the account holder: (a) breaches these terms; (b) is identified as a duplicate, third party or proxy player; (c) is reasonably suspected of fraud, collusion, money-laundering or financing of terrorism; (d) becomes a restricted person under sanction laws; (e) has provided false information; or (f) for any other reason at our discretion, with notice. Where the closure is unrelated to fraud or sanction, any verified cleared balance will be returned to a verified payment method registered in your name.

17. Forfeiture Of Bonus And Bonus Winnings

Bonus money and winnings made from it can be voided for breach. Your deposit cash is yours.

Where we are entitled to forfeit funds under these terms, the forfeiture is limited, save in cases of fraud, to bonus credit and to winnings derived from bonus credit. Original deposit funds remain the property of the account holder and will be returned to a verified payment method, subject to clause 6 anti-money-laundering checks.

18. Limitation Of Liability

If the service breaks, we owe you what you wagered or deposited at most.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you under or in connection with these terms is limited to the lesser of (a) the cleared balance in your account immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) the aggregate of deposits made to your account in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss, including loss of profits, business or data. Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

19. Force Majeure

If a natural disaster or a major internet outage stops play, we're not in breach.

We are not in breach of these terms to the extent our performance is prevented or delayed by events beyond our reasonable control, including: acts of war or terrorism; natural disasters; pandemics or governmental responses to them; nationwide internet outages; failures at upstream payment processors or game studios; and changes in applicable law that prevent us from offering the service in a particular territory.

20. Disputes And Complaints

Talk to us first. If unresolved, the Curacao Gaming Control Board is the next step.

If a dispute arises, raise it first with our support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. If unresolved within 14 days of the initial complaint, you may escalate to [email protected]; we will respond substantively within seven calendar days. If you remain unsatisfied with our final response, you may refer the matter to the Curacao Gaming Control Board under licence 8048/JAZ2019-015. Nothing in this clause limits any right you may have to refer a privacy issue to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (clause 17 of the privacy policy).

21. Governing Law

Curacao law applies to these terms. Australian consumer rights aren't taken away.

These terms are governed by the law of Curacao. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao, save for any non-excludable rights you may have under the laws of your habitual residence. Nothing in these terms affects any non-excludable consumer right under Australian law that may apply to you.

22. Changes To These Terms

If we change anything important, we tell you 14 days before it kicks in.

We may amend these terms from time to time. Material amendments — anything affecting bonuses, payments, dispute resolution or liability — are notified to you by an in-account message and email at least 14 days before they take effect. Cosmetic amendments are made silently and reflected by the date at the top of this page. You may close your account at any time during a notice period if you do not wish to accept a change.

23. Entire Agreement

This page, the privacy and cookies pages, and the specific promotion terms — together — are the whole deal.

These terms, together with the privacy policy, cookies policy and the specific terms of any promotion you have opted in to, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hollycorn N.V. in respect of Richard Casino and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force.

24. Severability And Waiver

If one clause fails, the rest stand. If we don't enforce something once, we still can later.

If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if no modification is possible, severed; the remaining provisions remain enforceable. No waiver of any breach or default constitutes a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
