Cookies Policy — Richard Casino
This page tells you, in plain English, exactly which cookies Richard Casino sets, what each one does and how you can refuse the optional ones. We've written it without the usual "we use cookies to enhance your experience" hand-wave because that line doesn't help anyone decide.

What A Cookie Is
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website. The file holds a short identifier — a session ID, a language preference, a flag indicating whether you've seen the consent banner. The site reads the file on later visits to remember what you did before. Some cookies live for a single browsing session and disappear when you close the tab; others persist for days, months or years.
Two Categories — Essential And Optional
We split cookies into two boxes:
- Essential. These keep the cashier working, hold your login session and stop your bonus balance from leaking between accounts. If you reject them, you cannot use the site — login, deposits and withdrawals all fail. We do not ask consent for these, because the site has no useful function without them.
- Optional. Analytics, marketing attribution, A/B testing. These are off by default. The banner you see on first visit lets you accept them, reject them or pick categorically. Reject-all is a single tap; we do not bury it behind "manage preferences".

How To Change Your Choice After The Fact
Open the cookie panel via the small Cookies link in the site footer — it is on every page. Untick the categories you no longer want and save. The change applies immediately and any existing optional cookies are deleted from your browser within roughly a minute. You can also wipe cookies entirely from the browser settings: Chrome (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data), Safari (Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data), Firefox (Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data).
Third Parties
The two third parties we use that set cookies are Google (for analytics) and, where active campaigns run, Meta (for marketing attribution). Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies, linked from Google's cookies notice and Meta's cookies policy. We do not share cookie identifiers with provider studios — Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Evolution and the rest run their games inside iframes and do not get access to your Richard session cookie.
What We Do With The Consent Record
The choice you make on the banner is itself recorded — in the rc_consent cookie above, and on our side as a timestamped log entry tied to your account if you are logged in. We keep the log for 24 months so that if a regulator audits our consent records, we can show what you ticked and when. After 24 months, the log is anonymised. You can request a copy of your consent record by emailing the privacy address listed in our privacy policy.
Do-Not-Track Signals
Richard Casino respects the browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where your browser sends it. If GPC is on at first visit, we treat that as a categorical opt-out from optional cookies and do not show the accept-all option as the default highlight. Older Do-Not-Track headers are noted but, given they are no longer a defined standard, do not change behaviour by themselves.
If You Reject All Optional Cookies
The site continues to work exactly as before. You won't see personalised re-engagement messages elsewhere, our analytics will not count your visits, and the A/B testing layer will hold you in a baseline bucket. None of this affects bonuses, withdrawals or game RTP.
Changes To This Page
We update this policy when we add or retire a cookie. Material changes — adding a new category, changing retention beyond 25 % — are notified by an in-account message at next login. Cosmetic edits are made silently with the date at the top of this page updated.
