Richard Casino Login for AU Players

Signing in to Richard is two fields and a button — email or phone, then your password. The trick is what happens when that doesn't go through. Below is the short version of what we'd check before pinging support, in roughly the order that actually works.

The Quick Path In

Tap the orange Log In button top-right on the home page, enter the email or AU mobile you registered with, and your password. The session stays open for 30 days on the same device unless you clear cookies or use private browsing. If two-factor is on, a six-digit code lands by SMS in under a minute on Telstra and Optus.

When Login Fails — Skip Straight To Cause

Nine times out of ten on our test accounts, a failed login traces back to one of four things:

  1. Password-manager paste bug. A trailing space sneaks in from autofill — delete the last character and re-type it.
  2. KYC re-trigger. Change a payment method? Add a new card? Your session is dropped until you re-verify ID. The screen says "verification required" — upload, wait roughly six hours during AEDT business hours.
  3. Region block. A VPN that hops to Singapore or Manila will geo-fence you. Turn it off, restart the browser.
  4. Wrong identifier. Used your email at sign-up but type your phone now? They're not interchangeable.

Reset a Forgotten Password

Click Forgot password, type the email used at sign-up, and a reset link arrives within roughly two minutes. The link lives for 60 minutes; after that, request another. Choose 10+ characters with at least one number and one symbol — Richard rejects anything weaker.

Staying Safe On A Shared Device

Don't tick Remember me at the library, on a partner's laptop or in a share-house lounge. Log out via the avatar menu when you finish a session — the active-session list under Account → Security shows every device currently signed in and lets you boot any of them.
